Backlash: The primary caster and secondary are exhausted.
Failure: The primary and secondary casters lose the ability to cast any spell or spell-like ability as if he or she was affected by a permanent personal dead magic dwealmor. This condition can only be cured by a wish or miracle spell.

The caster creates a persistent magical field centered on the point you choose. This dwealmor comes in three forms: normal, wild magic and dead magic.

In a normal magic dwealmor the caster can either grant or deny access to specific magic spells. This is also possible in a wild magic dwealmor, but any spell cast in such a field will also create a wild magic surge. A dead magic dwealmor automatically blocks any form of magic, whether divine or arcane.

During creation of a normal of wild magic dwealmor the primary and secondary casters cast any number of spells into the ritual. For each spell, the caster can select one of the following, depending on the nature of the spell that was cast: active spell, prohibited spell or guardian spell. Active spells are spells that are constantly in effect within the dwealmor, permanently affecting all creatures within the field as if they were being cast by the caster on each creature separately. These spells do not distinguish between the allies and foes of the original caster. For example, a bless spell cast as an active spell, will grant it's abilities to every creature entering the field. The effects of active spells end as soon as a creature leaves the dwealmor.

If a spell is chosen as a prohibited spell, it cannot be cast by any caster within the dwealmor, whether friend or foe.

Guardian spells can be used once per day by any creature within the dwealmor, whether they are normally capable of casting the spell or not. A creature's CR or a player's character level counts as caster level for this spell.

Once raised, a dwealmor cannot be dispelled, disjointed, or suppressed by any conventional means. An anti-magic field can suppress a portion of the dwealmor but otherwise doesn't harm it.
