City-State of Sprin

A mysterious island is hidden in a thick mist that constantly surrounds the island. On the island the village of Sprin can be found. It is said that none can enter find the island, unless the island lets you find it. The locals guard their secret to find the island very carefully. Many outsiders think the island drifts around the Scaleshell Bay or might even be built on top of some kind of gigantic sea creature that the people of Sprin can control. On the island, a mysterious shrine can be found. It is not made by any known race and seems to have sprung from the earth itself. The people of Sprin call it the shrine of the Winged Serpent. Scholars can't find a link to any god or power, nor have they any idea who this winged serpent might be.
