Athhan is the royal port of the Nindir kingdom and, since the rise of the Dragoon Army, one of the largest slave ports in the world. Although the city has strict laws that enforce slaveholders to treat their slaves fairly, Athhan's reputation has been sullied by this new form of commerce and many most of the other kingdoms disapprove of these developments.
