The Silver Region

The lands around Myntal are known for their silver-colored hills with rich mineral veins. Because of these veins, it has been named Argentland. Many dwarven miners and craftsmen populate this region. However, riches attract more than just merchants and crafters. Bandits and monsters are also out there looking for some quick money or a tasty snack.

Ghastdale

The dale is hidden between two arms of the Great Divide, north of Argentland. The dale is filled with a large swamp, formed by the river Ordis that runs through the dale. In the south of the dale, the hills of Argentland form a natural dam that created the swamp. Recently a group of black dwarves has constructed a tower in the middle of the swamp. Rumors say that these dwarves are slaves to a powerful wizard. After the tower was finished, undead began to appear and many adventurers who ventured into the dale disappeared. Those that came back brought reports about a large black dragon that flies over the dale. None of them ever came close enough to see the Ghastdale Tower from the inside.
