Ability Scare

This was during the first few weeks of when the took power and people were scared of revealing their conditions to the public because of the Warlord’s new laws. They didn’t want to be executed or discriminated against. They’ve heard horror stories from friends and families who have done so and didn’t want to suffer the same fate.
