Familiar Faces

Not much is known of the Familiar Faces, aside from their ability to appear as others. Some use them as a tale to tell their children to keep them inside at night. Some claim they are shapeshifters while others believe them to be a group of wizards or other arcane users.
Still more believe  them to be agents of The Worm That Walks, puppets under the control of The Unravelled One or scions of the Harbingers. None are sure. Whatever the case may be, they are certainly real and active.  
Composed of many Faceless, the organisation also has Human and another agents. Some have thought that they are led by a Worm Form
