Edict

An Edict or Avatar is an incredibly rare, a physical manifestation of The Powers force, a creature to fulfill a specific purpose.
Often they serve some sort of divine purpose, unknown by any, and if severed from it's creator may grow rogue.
These entities may manifest in many different ways, from a Human with bird's wings, to a simple bright light, to anything else. An Edict often forms in a way that indicates which of the Powers it serves.
