Okarthel
The city formed by Dragonborn following their exodus after the fall of Vizden. Pandesh, Mouth of the World, is the highest peak of the Threadspine Mountains. Due to the mix of tribes and clans which moved out of the lands of Vizden, all colours of dragonborn can be found here. Individuals occasionally travel into human lands or beyond, but many feel more comfortable keeping to themselves, safe in the Threadspines.
The city is built on the southern slopes of Pandesh, which themselves form the northern slopes of the Arux Valley, which winds its way around the mountain.
