Geography

Karini is divided into four zones - The Steppe, the Badlands, the Savannah, and the Karini Desert.

Steppe

The Steppe is home to herders galore, all competing for the best livestock and land. This stretch of land is completely flat and perfect for grazing herds. It wraps around the other zones in a strip, rather than a concentration.

Badlands

The Badlands are home to the biggest amount of intelligent life in the Karini subregion. Packed to the brim with geologic structures, plateaus, canyons, and valleys, and home to runaways, vagabonds, gunslingers, and more.

Savannah

The Savannah is home to the majority of vegetation in all of Sercia. It consists of flat land and low brush, the occasional tree and lots of non-livestock animals.

Karini Desert

The Karini Desert is the largest desert on the mainland, and famous for its sweltering heat and inhabitability. It consists of miles and miles and miles of shifting sands. Only creatures extremely adapted to the setting can survive there for a long period of time.
