The Eastside
The Eastside is where most visitors in town stay. What looks from the outside like separate houses turns out to be a single structure with rooms connected by underground passages, with cozy guest accommodations in the cellar and the second floor.
The underground rooms are usually fully booked and cost more, due to the temperature not being so bad down there. Strangers coming in the night will only be left with the top rooms.
The innkeeper is Marta Peskryk, a willowy teenager who spends much of her time tending to her bedridden father, Clyde, a retired fisherman and noncombatant. As she performs her daily chores, Marta sings the following song to herself:
4 bed party suite
3x2 bed traveller suites
The second wing used to be for the family, but Marta moved Clyde downstairs for warmth and it's been turned into guest quarters. The entrance is from the side of the kitchen and it's located above the kitchen and common room area.
The main wing holds 2 rooms:
2x4 bed party suites
It can seem a bit damp at times, but the construction was well planned and included a large basement furnace, leaving the underground area warmer than the upper wings, especially during harsher weather. The entrance to the basement level is right next to the kitchen area and the staircase going to the large upper rooms.
The door at the bottom of the stairs is self closing through a spring and padded with thick furs, keeping the heat in as much as possible. There are 8 available rooms downstairs, with one closest to the stairs reserved for Clyde, the owner of the inn.
1x6 bed tight suite
3x4 bed party suites
2x2 bed traveller suites
2x1 bed "luxury" suites for people who want to be alone or couples travelling together
Merchants from other towns almost always have the best rooms taken, but there are more quiet periods occasionally.
Ahead of winter’s wind she came— The lovely woman with no name; Draped in a fur-lined cloak of red, To the icy lake she fled; The wind pursued her all the same— As sure as night she’s dead.

Due to the inn always being of good standing in town and business had been decent, there were enough savings to expand the cellar into a new primary wing.It can seem a bit damp at times, but the construction was well planned and included a large basement furnace, leaving the underground area warmer than the upper wings, especially during harsher weather.
