Mistra is the Goddess of Magic, spellcasters and the arcane. She protects those studying magic, those researching and innovationg within the field of the arcane, and can grant powers to those she deems worthy. But that is a double edged sword, as she also frowns heavily upon those who misuse magic or use it for selfish reasons and take the magical talents from those she deems unworthy, or irresponsible.

Descriptions of her depict a tall elven woman with tan brown skin, four arms, flowing golden hair, and a myserious smile, as if she knows something you don't. She is described as having a glowing purple aura around her, and being so light of foot that she seemed to be floating a few inches above the ground.
