The Empire of the Silver Sun
By far the largest and most populous nation in the known world, the Silver Sun dominates the eastern continent of Porpuda from the capital of Vongchou, ruling many cities and many peoples with an iron fist. A population of centaurs in the millions, they also have the largest army by far, and a navy that likely surpasses even that of the Dominion.
History
Founded in the aftermath of the Fires, the Vongchii kingdom hailed its origins in the silver mountains of the north, before migrating and expanding south into the neighbouring kingdoms of southern Porpuda under Kings Jun-Kya and his son Jun-Boya. Boya’s demise fighting the dying Scut kingdom led to his friend’s adopted son, Kyung-Kom taking charge bloodlessly, arranging a marriage between the Scut king’s last remaining daughter and himself, and so he became the first Emperor of the Silver Son. Over the years, the empire expanded further, most recently into the Solashites kingdom, where Kyung-Son, the current emperor’s grandfather defeated the Solashites’ king in a wrestling match.
