Rhalgr is the name of the Eorzean god of Destruction and a member of the pantheon known as the Twelve.

The Fist of Rhalgr teaches that atonement through Rhalgr is gained through the performance of hard labor at temples dedicated to his name. Such a procedure expunges sins. This practice is common knowledge, and non-adherents to the faith might seek the same expiation despite not being physically able to achieve it, which has led to an untimely death.
