The naturalist
The naturalist these are demihumans that for some reason they decide embrace their animal side much more than the common pedestrian demihuman. They are most distinguishable by the fact that they are naked almost all the time and an attitude of "leaving it all to nature" resulting in poor hygiene and fertile ground for diseases.
Most of the time they are given their own colonies to operate, sort of like reservations. however sometimes there are naturalists that flee towards the mainstream society and often these folks tell stories that others may consider disturbing.
A large sector of the society refuses to interact with them no matter how much a naturalist may request it, the argument used is often that "if they want to live like animals they don't need the tools of civilization"
while in some cases the naturalist do find a role in society in hunting or tourism.
Not even the Naturalist themselves are a monolith, a good amount of them are essentially nudist in private, but otherwise they live normal lives, even in such case, the nudist practice is something only spoken about in whispers.

Names are somehow related to nature, being plants, animals or weather phenomena.

They dont use them withing the tribes, as they don't really need them besides is often hard to pinpoint who the father is.

They speak the language of which ever land they live in,or they dont speak at all sometime sthey avoid speaking as much as possible acting like feral animals

the beauty ideals for these so called tribes is to look as natural as possible, haveing a curvy body in female and muscular in males is the ideal for any naturalist member

Since they have a relaxed attitude towards behaviors they tend to leave it to nature.
Courtship Ideals
Courtship varies wildly from commune to commune from near assault to an elaborate ritual of gifts and trinkets
Relationship Ideals
They are often polymarours, however, polygamy and monogamy are not alien to them.

This seems like a good start, but I'm left wanting for details. For instance, why are they more likely to have poor hygiene? In our world, humans by nature are relatively fastidious creatures. Even if we were living without the comforts of technology, I imagine that some of us would go out of our way to find places where we could go to bathe and clean ourselves, or barring that, some way to get clean. How come these people don't do that? What part of the "leave it all to nature" philosophy, in particular, leads to this frame of mind?
I would argue that it could be a regression to a more primal way of acting/being, maybe dosed with some religious mambo-jumbo thrown in there.
