Tecaltemoc

Capital of Calamatlan, home of the Cow Palace, and home to the second largest population of lizardfolk outside Maapera. (The lizardfolk find good work in the aurochs slaughterhouses near the Cow Palace, and have arranged to take some of their work home with them as part of their pay.)
