History
A woman known only as Yegg was being held in jail cell in Hope Springs. She was accused of theft and murder, for which she knew she was guilty and knew she would be found so. Yegg seduced a guard, killed him, and escaped from Hope Springs. She knew her only chance was to find a refuge where she could live out the remainder of her days. She wandered into the desert and was presumed dead by the local law enforcers.
Only she wasn't dead. She was very much alive and she had found a safe route through the desert to the base of the Grand Handsome Mountains. Here she found a cavern complex and set up her new life.
Soon she found that she was lonely. She went back to Hope Springs and found an old friend incarcerated at the local jail. She helped him escape and the two made their way to the caves. On regular supply runs to Hope Springs, more criminals were brought to the Holler. Eventually, the directions through the desert were disseminated throughout the criminal underground. This is how Yegg Hollow was founded.

I like the backstory, which gives this whole place a purpose. As a sidenote, I think some visuals, quotes or hover-ons would give it more depth. Thank you for a good read.
