Stone Haven

Stone Haven is an import and export city on the southwest border of East Bijou. It is across the Topaz River from Carvasia. Stone Haven is the taxation center for gems coming downriver. It is home to the government's anti-smuggling operations as well.

The majority of Stone Haven's population is East Bijoan with some Carvasian immigrants.

Government

Stone Haven is too important to East Bijou to leave to self rule. Many government operations and employees make their home there.

Defences

Stone Haven is surrounded by Bijouan territory. The waterway to the ocean is particularly treacherous and requires knowledgeable guides and escorts into and out of Stone Haven. The government requires and provides these, for a fee.

Stone Haven has several docks and gemstone warehouses. It also has a small hospital.
