Marshal of the Court Halbrann Skullborn

As a marshal of the Adeptus Arbites, it is Halbrann's duty to uphold Imperial law and take the rule of law to the darkest dens of scum and depravity. Halbrann is in charge of all Arbites on planet Dathnor with his precinct-fortress being located in the lower hive on Kohdence. Being high ranked in the Adeptus Arbites, Halbrann follows the Lex Imperialis code of Imperial law to the letter and makes sure no one is above its law.
