Cracked Wastes

The Cracked Wastes to the south of Hive Kohdence are a blasted wasteland of dirt and toxic waste. Not many live here, but many do travel though it.
Nomadic scavengers and thugs make a habit of hiding out in the wastes hoping to catch a trade caravan off guard with a rapid hit and run attack, but it is unsafe to make camp here for long. While the surface of the wastes is a desolate place, burrowing monsters from deep below the ground will occasionally make there presents known if you stay for to long.

Geography

Long stretches of flat wasteland with the periodic pool of toxic waste dotted around the landscape. There is a major trade route though the cracked wastes going from Kohdence to the southern hive clusters.
