The Owl Queen

Daughter of Enlil and Irkalla The Owl Queen is the living espect of the shadowfell veil, connecting to The Material Plane.
It is said that when The Owl Queen appears when the barrier between the world of shadows and mortals is most thin. She is accompanied by shadow creatures disguised as owls, but don't be fooled. Those are shadow monsters, of Agony, Hunger, Loneliness and other painful emotions. Getting close to them might drive a weak mind mad, or worst.
Her purpose is to be a psychopomp for the race of the Shadar-Kai who died in other realms to pass to the Shadowfell again, now as spirits, so they won't be stuck in the ethereal plane. She is then, also guarding, always watching from above, for any spirit who tries to pass the veil.
