Rampaging Monument

Inspired by Wizards of the Coast MTG
This small stone figure of a cleric who is holding a golden staff looks like any other figurine. When you call the command word, the statuette rises into a massive Monument. The rampaging monument is friendly to you and your companions. It understands your languages and obeys your spoken commands. If you issue no commands, the creature defends itself but takes no other actions. The Construct transforms back into a figurine after 24 hours, or if you call its command word again.
Be advised: Suspect is a four feet tall, Golden hair gnome. Followed by a nine stories tall artifact.

Day to day use

Those statues were mostly put down around important establishments in town. From bank to the city hall, every place that needed protection had a couple of those shown in plain sight to deter any would-be wrongdoers. All of the Enforcers in the city would be given the command word of only one statue per district, so they may not rise all of the city on its legs and into crumbles.

Huge construct, unaligned

This statue was used by the arcane mages of old to uphold the peace. Enforcers used those statues in case a mage has gone wild, the more the mage will attack it the stronger the monument becomes.
