Everkeep

Everkeep is a Lake Town and the place where the Ningalith Church is held. The City is holding one of the holiest relics to the church: The great feasting table of Ningal. This Table can service up to two hundred men and women at once. The great Church of Ningal is built around it.   Legends say that once Everkeep was just a Glacier, like the rest of the world it was a cold place where no one could survive for long. The kind Ningal took pity on the poor who lived in those conditions. Ningal cried, her tears were not made out of water but fire. and This fire melted the glacier and givnt life to the area which was once a cold desert. Anat gave her blessing on the new lake, and said she will "Everkeep" the water fresh in this city. And those the name was given to Everkeep, and the first who made this place their home were the small folk, the Gnomes and Halflings and even some Dwarfs, but later humans will rule the place, giving birth to new churches and new jobs.

Defences

The town is surrounded by a river the size of the town from one side, and a smaller one from the east. to the Northwest there's the sea. This Makes the town south side, one of the safest in regret of natural defences. Graymere Pass is protecting the south side of Everkeep, and yet it is defenceless from the north.

Industry & Trade

This town is where most of the poor and needy of East Highrune go to, and usually, the church gives them works in the field to keep their hands busy, so the town became a big importer of vegetables and other fruits of the land. The richer, buy boats and go fishing on the fish in the lake, the poorer, fish on the fishes in the smaller lake, on the east side of town. Most of the work in town is Trade or labour work. But many high priests of Anat, Ningal, Morywn, Adonis and other god associated with the earth gifts are worshipped here, so the clergy has work here too.
