While in her piscine hybrid form she has gills along her neck and fins on her forearms and ankles.

Physical quirks

When she runs, she puts her hands behind her. She swears it makes her more aerodynamic. It does make her more aquadynamic while swimming, and thats her argument.

Special abilities

Due to her Piscine heritage she can transform into a human morpher hybrid granting her aquatic breathing and enhanced manuverability in the water.

Apparel & Accessories

Likes sea tones and wears Frelian fashions. Generally cute ones. Accessories include metal hair pins and seashell jewelry.

Specialized Equipment

She weilds a rapier and orb, the orb is her magical focus and it levitates in her left hand. By holding the orb over the pommel of her rapier she can create a magic cane for casting her more powerful spells.

Personal history

Shinon was born from the union of her Piscine Yuntarian mother Selene and her Frelian noble father Joseph Cobalt. A clear and public symbol of the integration of the aquatic folk in Frelian society. Born in Frelia and raised in two worlds, one on land and another under the water, she lived as normal a life as she could despite the eccentric circumstances. Her aquatic affinity was clearly from her mother and her air of sohpistication from her father. Attending the Frelian Academy she learned she had a knack for anatomy and physiology as well as psychology. She decidedly studied magics that could help futher her knowledge in these fields. Like all students of the Academy she also studied martial skills as well, but her skill was not noteworthy. Through her mother's friends she met one of her mentors, a woman named Zelluras who taught her skills to improve her healing magics. After graduating, she noticed, while her piscine people were accepted into Frelian society, not all could be a part of that world. Due to their seclusion for generations, their Yuntarian heritage was much more prominent. Some never having learned to walk on their legs and others having difficulty breathing the air with their weak and underused lungs. She has begun using her knowledge of anatomy and magics to develop ways to help them assimilate. But her current methods are too complicated and taxing. Her mother suggested she take some time away from home to study other cultures and suggested Isteria where she was from. She'd heard stories of the place where her mother was saved by the Saviors and set out for Neo Shinegard.

Sexuality

The security detail her father has assigned to her makes it too difficult to pursue and kind if romance. So she doesn't even bother. She's shot down many men in her school years, earning the nickname The Siren for how sweet and nice she is and the way men crash and drown after confessing to her. The crashing is usually from the intense aura given off by her hidden security detail.

While in the academy she held a part-time job as a server in a cafe because she wanted to live normally and normal people have jobs.
