Celica Cerulean
Lady (a.k.a. Slime Queen)
Celica Cerulean is a character in Heroic Legends. She is the current leader of the Saluthian Nation and the Oceanic Priesthood.

Personal history
Saluth is a nation full of people with the power to become slime-like in form. Celica is no different from this as she has been known to be "Queen of Slime."
Her rise through the Saluthian Church gave her the respect needed to run Saluth to a glorious water nation. Her kind demeanor garnered her not only to be the queen, but also has shown her to be a motherly figure for all who joined the church and her nation.
Her strive has always been coexistence of Humans and Slimes as it was at one time an isolation between the two. When Sol Karma came to her with the The Treaty of 1273, she immediately signed it with happiness and glee for the Saluthian people as it was one step closer to her ultimate goal.
Today, Celica supports both Sol Karma and Commander Orlha on keeping the Isterian Alliance alive and peaceful while she continues to preach to the Oceanic Priesthood that not all humans (and non-humans) are bad; and while there are some out there, it is their duty to help those that are in need at all times.
