The Watcher

Over the years, on occasional nights a figure seemingly wreathed in night sky itself has been seen throughout The Great City of Laststar. Often spotted from a distance and from a high place this dark figures body is pitch black except for 2 pricks of light where its eyes should be that could easily be mistaken for stars. As this figure never seems to interact it has been deemed 'The Watcher' and those that meet its gaze have reported a feeling a deep sense of dread and foreboding. Most frequently The Watcher has been spotted either preceding or shortly following major disasters or negative events, as such The Watcher has become a bad omen and is associated with bad luck. Just as suddenly and mysteriously The Watcher appears it will disappear in the same way.
