The Rats

The Rats are primarily an organisation of information brokers. They mainly operate out of Underside but can be found throughout The Great City of Laststar. These shady dealers are well know to be proficient in all forms of burglary and robbery, blackmail and extortion. The Rats have grown powerful through the exploitation of the information that they find and wealthy from those who would pay for a peek at their knowledge.

Of course, since their methods are highly illegal and immoral, anyone who would associate themselves with this group runs a high level of risk.
