Randle Torgun is an employee at Frost Magitech, who previously served under Leon Musk before Leon's rise to the position of CEO. Holding the peculiar and cumbersome title of "Assistant to the Lower Manager of the Upper Management Echelon of Frost Magitech," Randle has earned a reputation for his awkward demeanour and ponderous mannerisms.

Within the company, Randle is often regarded as a brown noser and somewhat of an imbecile, consistently falling short in his responsibilities.
