Mrs Lucerne

Mrs Lucerne is an elderly seamstress who lives in Three Streams. In certain circles she is remembered as the designer of many minor hero costumes though that was long in the past and she has long since retired. Nowadays she gets by by making simple clothes that she sells in her community. She lives a simple but happy, comfortable life.

Mrs Lucrene loves hot chocolates, they are famous around Three Streams. She always serves them with her favourite marshmallows from Melvins 'mmm' Candy Store.
