High Lord Emperor

The High Lord Emperor of the Great City of Laststar is the person in the highest position of power in the world. Little is known about this person other than that they are endorsed by the Dawnstar Church and they set the overall policy for the various subservient governments of the world. The High Lord Emperor is not the first person to hold this position but the second.
