Goat-Men

These hunched, man-like figures lurch with a strange, half-hopping gait. Tattered clothing hangs from their muscled shoulders, and their legs are those of a ram, ending in cloven hooves. Much like the Havoc Runners they also work for the Night Stallion. Night Stallion, despite being a villain took their entire tribe under his protection when their City Plain, Long View, was destroyed. They have been loyal to him ever since.
