Coldcore Fortress Ruins

Coldcore Fortress Ruins are the ruins of an ancient fortress from the Era of War located in mid-eastern Saido suburb, Coldcore. It was once the home of the Saido Royal family of the past from before Saido surrendered to Laststar during their war of conquest. The best preserved and safest areas of these ruins are partially open to the public and function as a museum/ tourist attraction. The majority of the fortress has crumbled and subsided beneath the city, this area is dangerous and difficult to navigate. It is not open to the general public. Deep within the fortress ruins is an ancient archive from the time when Saido was still an independent city state. The documents held here are severely damaged and will take considerable effort to parse.
