Alley Dave

Alley Dave is a renowned (within the homeless community) homeless man who in the past could be regularly be found in Three Streams. He tends to be cagey around outsiders but will act as a sort of leader for the other homeless in the area. Following The Reverse Zoo Occupation he has since disappeared. Other homeless in the area say he has just moved on from Three Streams and there is nothing to worry about.
