Kenku

Haunted by an ancient crime that robbed them of their wings, the kenku wander the world as vagabonds and burglars who live at the edge of society. Outcast from all the other cities they wandered to, the Kenku finally found Habitat with the Aarakocra, who let them build houses under their treetop villages. When all the Aarakocra migrated to Helbaurg, the Kenku fled as well, but initially weren't trusted inside the city by the Dwarves. The Aarakocra vouched for the Kenku as they had had no issues living with them before, so the Kenku were granted refuge as long as they stayed under the watchful eyes of their Aarakocra friends.
