Born in to an ancient bloodline that once ruled over Grecia as it did for hundreds of years prior to the Old Valytvian Empire, Ilias stands to be ready to make a name for himself, and his family, once more. Having made many enemies during his short time, he is rarely ever seen without a member of a lost order, The Cobalt Mantle, around/near him. He is intelligent and possesses a calculated mind having formulated a plan since he was a young boy to remake his family's legacy once more, and now begins to work with the Grecian people to garner their support, which he'll eventually need should formalities fail. He has the support of several Council members currently, but some are unwilling to relinquish the powers they currently have making the rest more difficult. He carries influence wherever he goes, be it good or bad. He likes to believe he still lives in the time of the monarchy and sometimes forgets his place within modern society.
