Helstavite-Valtyvian Agreement of 283 BR

When the future Emperor Valtyv met in secrecy with Brian Blessed 34th and later Araleth Calen about his premonitions and the Tarrasque slumbering under Helstav's very centre, the two factions signed a secret agreement. In return for leaving Helstav in relative peace so that the terrible evil underneath the city was not disturbed, as well as letting Brian Blessed 34th and his Council rule Helstav mostly undisturbed as Valtyv's vassals, Helstav's elite would not put up resistance, and he would be able to use Helstav's army for his crusade.

Purpose

The prevention of mutually assured destruction on the part of the city of Helstav and the future Emperor Valtyv. Ensured continued peace and safety of Helstav in return for Helstav's support of Valtyv's conquest.
