The current High Elder of the Symvoulio, he has the final say on all decisions made and his rule is not to be questioned. He wields an extraordinary amount of power for a mortal Elf, he has been accused of corrupt practises numerous times in the past but the people who accuse him shortly disappear in mysterious circumstances. The past of this enigma is unknown, his son runs the Avelun Guard being the primary enforcers of his regime. He works closely with Thecan Sengor, to secure information about what is going on in Henmaest & Grecia as a whole and use his extreme wealth to hire mercenaries to do some of the work he can’t have his son or the Avelun Guard do.
