Very strict military rule, large shields, short words and short spears. coming to this city you can usually see the military running drills, they are well known for their discipline and their tolerance for breaking their rules is not widely known, cross the line here and it's likely they will put you in a cell and forget about you for a few days and once your hungry and thirsty enough they offer you to fight in there pits
The Fighting Pits: Fighting anything caught in the countryside, currently they have lots of captured Orc's but it could be anything.
