Hallows Clutch

A world wrapped in mystery as its entire inner workings is hallow. An artificial world that no one on the planet knows how it came to be. Those on the surface of the world live in ignorance most of the time while those below try and figure out the world and make sure they can maintain the balance. The dwarves are a fearsome lot that use superior tech to protect the underground against monsters and anything else that would try and destroy the balance. While the Drow are nomadic travelers that roam the underground and try to unlock the secrets of the old empire that created the world. The humans and elves on the surface control it evenly with the exceptions with a few land masses that other races have intimidated the two empires with their ferocity. Though the humans and elves have learned some tech with their dealing with the dwarves they still haven't mastered it like them. steam powered vehicles and basic black powered weapons have is about all they have.
