Two wizards decide to settle their differences in Eau Talp, all hell breaks loose and suddenly magic gets banned in Hafiz!

Few witnesses survived the event... but from what has been sung in bard tales... 3 full blocks were charred in the incident and those who arrived on the scene were shocked by the delicious smell of seared, juicy fungus! Confusing to say the least.
