Summary

House Strigidae's HQ and position of militaristic power. Little is known of this place for most outsiders are kept just outside the gates... where a highly sought after market of high technology is made available once per week. The Skwahs provide security and at times are known to capture and interrogate even the most 'innocent' merchant. It is rumored that there is a tunnel that passes beneath the Gold River from the Roost undercity.
