Tonal Magic

Tonal magic is a very scarce in many parts of the world. The one place where it is used constantly is in the eastern mountains of Hoolye where a frog race uses it in monk rituals. It is very similar to stressed magic but spells are indicated on the length of notes, the volume and the pitch.
