Welcome to Haert. Grab a coffee and some popcorn coz it's about to be a long story. In the wake of an ancient, extinct race the Ahmegg has risen up as the dominant species. They look a lot like regular mice but they have more in common with humans than you may realise. They are knowledgeable in the arts of magic and sorcery and many dedicate themselves to studying it, as well as the ruins of a long gone civilisation. However, they live in a world that is far bigger than they are and so a creature that may seem harmless to us would be perilous to the Ahmegg, and how they survived as an intelligent species is nothing short of a miracle.
