Garden of Statues

Every boy or girl who spent their childhood on the South capital city, is familiar with the myth of the Garden of Statues.   The children hear it for the first time when they missbehave during a mass. The parents would tell the story about a kid who would never stand still during masses and was always interested on mischief. One day, he and his friends thought it would fun if they pranked the priest. Thus, on mass day, they all gathered near the church before anyone wake up and broke in. Every one of them took an item that was used by the priest. They have agreed to hide it for that day and return it the day after. Unfortunately, when they were leaving the church one of them kicked a bucket causing a lound sound that attracted an alcolyte. Upon being discovered, the kid gave the order to run away and of them did, laughing and escaping from the alcolyte. The kid decided that staying on the city would cause too much trouble for them and so, he guided the others to a forest nearby. Once they all gathered on the forest, they started playing and laughing as kids would do after a successful mischief.   Since they woke up early to execute their plan, they were all tired before the middle of the day and one by one they started to sleep.   Then sun set and the kids did not came back. Experienced hunters and knights went looking for them and eventually found that forest. They were able to find every item that was stolen, sitting on a rock but no sign of the children. They looked for them for one more hour, until finally one hunter noted that the amount of rocks where each item was found was exactly the same as the number of missing children. This was the gods answer to the actions of mischief and missbehave of those kid who did not respected them properly.
