Dailedadaile

Dailedadaile normally tries to find reason for why magic works solely by being kind, seeing as that's how Hand Mark tends to work. They believe that ancestors help them, which gives them more push towards helping each other, old, young, dead, alive, powerful, or weak. The Exlio , those that aren't touched with a Hand Mark, can still greatly worship the religion and its gods, and do. Some of the gods and goddesses they worship include but aren't limited to;

Though they may not get the Hand Mark, they still potentially get bonuses. Things such as karma are very much real in Dailedadaile, and each deity tends to "collect" the good karma and care you do. Those that focus on one deity will get more gifts from that, such as believing in the cultivation deity will give a good harvest. Along with deities, dead ancestors have the ability to help out, too, and give a reason to believe in the afterlife. They believe ancestors in the afterlife not only transfer things from mortal to deity, but are also their eyes and ears, and only able to tell the truth of what they see their spawns doing.

Divine Origins

Dailedadaile is a religion crafted by Exlio , originating in Hrack

Cosmological Views

Although this faith was originally seen to explain the phenomenon of Hand Mark , it has slowly grown into making and explaining other things in the world, such as the ground, water, and sky.

Tenets of Faith

Dailedadaile has a few tenets that have slightly changed over time, but in the end still mean the same;
  1. Care for the land, no matter how harsh.
  2. Respect everyone, no matter age.
  3. Repay gifts from strangers, no matter how different.
  4. Love all, no matter what.

Ethics

Dailedadaile's tenets tend to mean a few different things. Caring for the land usually means to use it, but it had later changed to make sure that it encompassed proper farming technique; getting rid of weeds, fertilizing the ground, etc. However, they know that the land can be dangerous with storms and creatures, hence why they should care for it. Respect for everyone has been changed from everything, due to some things not exactly respecting Exlios back, specifically those that tried to abuse and use Exlio. Gifts were changed so that way nobody always had to reciprocate affection the same way to each other, or even be forced to be in love. The only tenet that stayed the same was the fourth.   Though the tenets guide and rarely let anyone out of line, even if they try, there are still some sins that are very much seen. The opposite of love tends to be a sin, especially so when used in conjunction in the fourth tenet. Hatred towards everyone is one of the biggest and unjust to Dailedadaile, as with the tenet, there doesn't seem to be a reason to hate every single thing. Aside from hate, aiding in premature death is also frowned upon. Death should only come naturally, and the only reason to justify premature death is to end someone who is causing multiple premature deaths.

Worship

One is to worship the religion just by living life normally, though there is a bit of extra work one can do. Speaking to a medium and arranging a day to "hang out" with your ancestors is a ritual that helps show that you are devout, and can sometimes bring in closure.

Priesthood

There isn't much of a priest as much as there are teachers, who also teach common knowledge, and mediums, who speak to ancestors of the past to try to help repeats in history.

Granted Divine Powers

The powers gained seem to be from a special plant that gives ink to be used in Hand Mark . Said ink properties are to be from the divine.

Political Influence & Intrigue

The religion plays a part in that it helps others who need help gain Hand Mark s.
