Lunae Lumen
Lunae Lumen is a high magic country, where mages and scholars alike study the weave and the power it holds. Country leaves the country in eternal nighttime, something races like Kobolds, Drow, and Dampires enjoy. The skill in mage craft in this country is prised and feared around the world. Resonators do not play as big a role in the order of the country as they do in Nordlichter, being somewhere many of them go to in order to escape baggage and fates from their stories to little effect.
Structure
Pleases of education such as libraries, museums, archives, and especially the schools are places of the highest ranks in Lunae Lumen. One of these academies for example is Eretramos adcemy to the south, being the head of the country's military with their mages being known for their destructive might. Each of the country's seven academies runs and oversees a portion of the country and its' alumni are often charged with protecting this land, be it officially or otherwise.
Culture
Known for its dedication to study and skill, it is not rare to see scholars of Lunae Lumen be at the top of their profession. It is known that school starts very early here and races are known for their longevity dedication themselves to trade fully. In major cities those attending and working at the academies held in high esteem, more so if their rank in said academies is high.
History
Chosen by the god Duskin, the wizard Janet Caskbow founded the town of Renadin, and inspired by the powerful magic capable of the hero, he dedicated himself to the study of magic. Soon he began to teach what he had learned, forming the first school of Lunae Lumen which expand outward to the rest of the country. As the reach of the country grew it soon came into meeting with Nordlichter to the west. The new sporuting nation decided against rising arms against the already established kingdom. Instead the leader of Lunae Lumen decided to make a deal with Nprdlicther, agreeing

Military
The Lunae Lumen military is headed by the Eretramos Acadmey which is ran by Lady Eslia Rose . The Eretramos hons some of the world's more fearsome and powerful evocation and adjuration mages in Delphos. Students in the magic tracks in the school and prove themselves are placed into high roles in the military shadowing commanding officers to fast track their deployment after graduation. The school and military are know for the high level of disciple drilled into their troops.
To supplement their ground troops, the Lunae Lumen military also employs the services of many summoned creatures to fight as well. While most squadrons have 2 or 3 summoners capable of summoning smaller creatures to fight along side troops, there is a squadron known as the Báleygr who are capable of summoning creatures of great and terrifying power.
Religion
While following one of 12 Heroes is most common in Lunae Lumen there is no enforced follower-ship. Some of the most common churches found in the cities are Followers of Dusk's Brother, Guile- Godess of the Hunt, Animals, and Mentorship, and Collective of the Quill's Light. With suggest a high collection of kobolds in the region, it is common to see alters to dragons as well in major cities.
Education
Due to the unique nature of Lunae Lumen's government the country has 7 main Academy of educations. Each academy is overseen by a single headmaster who also services as a consieal men of the country. Each academy specializes in different kinds of magic and study. The capital and oldest school is that of Renadin Academy with the newest being Inanna Academy. Each academy runs on a similar system of 4 years for each program with students living and studying on the campus. The details and specifics each program changes from academy to academy and headmaster and headmaster.
Infrastructure
With the consent night sky hanging over head and the lack of a sun in the sky a lot of buildings and roads have mixtures of bio-luminescent plants and mushrooms to give off light. These plants and mushrooms have become to be called Solas by the public and used often to decorate a building or space.
