Miranda Mere

Miranda Mere is a side character across the Grey Matter series. She is a resourceful young woman who worked alongside Beth Heralds.

Miranda was the former God of Tragedy prior to Yasu Tsutsumi. During this time, she was given the nickname 'Mint'. Miranda is only alive in flashbacks during CEPHALOPODA, INSECTA, and ASCOMYCOTA. Unlike Yasu, Miranda's tragedy godhood focused on tragedies that occurred outside of a human's fault. She was particularly focused on things rotting, rusting, and decaying, as well as natural disasters and accidents. Her ascent into godhood is suggested to be the fire that killed Beth Heralds.
