Cece Chylle

Cece Chylle is a lightfoot halfling merchant in Stormduff, and a member of the Chylle trade family in Rochdale. She is a shrewd trader, and owns, loans, and finances many of the businesses in the city. She’s regarded with respect by those she deals with because she is a fair merchant, but a very strict one. She worships no god, and will always prioritize her own needs. She wears a fancy suit with fancy spectacles, has a small dog named stella that she spoils, and can’t stand laziness. She is currently obsessed with a nearby grove with extraordinary flowers that she wants to find a way to farm.
