The people of the continent of Westphalia. A cultural group that encompasses the North-Central European analog peoples as presented in Ruritanian Romance novels. Comparable to German, Bavarian, Prussian, Belgian and Hungarian civilizations of Earth, The people of Westphalia are marked by a commonality of sensibility as one sees demonstrated in those tales.

Uniformly central European in ethnicity, imagine a Europe that lacked the benefit of the inclusion of, or even the exposure to, the great cultures of Russia and the Turkish Empires, and Northern Africa or The Holy Land, and the great advances in culture that those cultural encounters enjoined.
