The Devil Hunting You

Hell is looking to recapture Stark and contain his soul which could be a powerful tool against them if discovered who/what he is.

Structure

Exposition

Stark was once sent to Hell physically by the leader of The Bloody Barbers at the demand of a devil. This devil was in the employ of an Arch Devil and was acting to prevent the destruction that Stark could bring down upon them. Stark is the offspring of this Archdevil and a female Angel, born of both Hell and Heaven.

Conflict

devils hunt Stark and the rest of the party. They want to recapture him and bring him down to Hell. If they are unable to capture him and bring his physical body (and therefor his soul too) to hell, then they will attempt to kill him. They do not want to kill him at first as they are afraid that he may be taken into the service of Iomedai or Serenrae in order to attack Hell.
Once his lineage becomes known, Angels will begin to hunt and wish to recruit him as well. They are just as hard line about killing devils as the devils are hard line about killing angels. Neither side cares for Stark or truly cares what he thinks or wants. They both wish to use him to their ends.

Components

Goals

Devils want to capture and torture him in order to warp him and turn him to their cause.
Angels want to capture and brainwash him essentially to join their cause and help eradicate all devils. And demons and daemons as well while they are at it. The devils however are the ones they are currently aimed at.
The Daemons just wish to spread their influence and will take any advantage they can by influencing Stark to take any action that could help them spread their influence to Golarion and to Heaven or into Hell as well. They also want the Hell Key and the Sovyrian Stone to help them create stable, permanent portals from their plane to what ever place they wish to travel too.

Stakes

If the minor devils do not capture Stark they will be punished severely. Most, if they survive the encounter with the PCs will not be killed by the Archdevil or by Asmodeus himself, but will rather be turned into even more horrible monsters to be sent after Stark and the others again. If they fail again, they will be changed further until they are killed.
