Edferth Reinhardt
Edferth Reinhardt
Specializing in Dwarven Revivalist music, Edferth wields his antique accordion and distinctive singing voice as the entertainer of choice at the Shepherd's Reach in Caldamin. He can often be found plying his trade for locals unwinding after a hard day's work, and occasionally helps the town guard soothe the two savage beasts that regularly feud outside the town walls. Ever the history buff, he is always on the lookout for items and info pertaining to Dwarven history and culture.

"I know, when was the last time you saw a dwarven bard, right?! There's practically dozens of us! Ha! We dwarves have gotten this reputation that we care only for metal and stone, only for dour chanting and banging of war drums - I tell you, life's too short for only such toilsome things! But I mean to help change that reputation!
Long, long ago, before Talhrik the Usurper, before the Rending of the Crag, before even the fall of the Five Kingdoms, when the Sky was new to us, we dwarves had culture! Real culture! We had art, and singing, and dancing, and music! Happy, joyous stuff! Much more than a simple battle rally, or a dirge to celebrate the glorious dead! I've read old tales, very old tales, of entire choruses using the tunnels and caverns beneath the old sky citadels as pipes to amplify their voices, making music with the very bones of Golarion! Can you imagine the sound! What a glorious celebration that would make!
Alas, so many of the old songs and tales have been lost to time. With so many of us Ergaksen scattered about the planet now, it is so important that we have something beautiful to unite us in our wanderings, something beautiful to share! Music would do the trick rather nicely, don't you think? If we can't play the old songs, might as well play some new, fun ones! Ha!...Oh! It sounds like the crowd is wanting one more tune...time for an encore!"
